Stowe Kitchen and Bath Design Center, opened its doors for business in 1996. At that time, the company's focus was largely remodeling. The founders -- husband and wife business partners (Karen and Cyril), managed the company as a family-run business. Stowe's focus has always been to serve a clientelle of about 80% full remodel jobs and 20% new construction and materials only. From the start, clients came through our doors based primarily on customer referrals.
The firm today remains owner-operated, with that same family-run philosophy and an even greater emphasis on excellent customer service, quality products, and superb value. The majority of our team members have been with Stowe for close to five years. We are proud to say that the vast majority of our customers still come to us based on the referral of a friend or family member who is a satisfied past-customer.

Particularly challenging, Avon, CT: Remodel job in a log home with open beamed ceiling. We had to be creative in moving plumbing and electrical so they appeared to be always where they were designed.
Particularly challenging, Colchester, CT: Create a bathroom space that speaks to the period of the home. We accomplished this with vessel sinks and other materials you would expect to see from that period.
